MIS Analyst (Permanent) Western Cape- Cape Town (CBD) -Retail

Job Description

.The main job purpose is to investigate, extract, collate and analyse relevant data and translate it into meaningful information that can help highlight areas of improvement. 

Required Qualifications

  • Tertiary Qualification (preferably statistical or informatics)
  • 2/3 years’ experience as MIS Analyst/Data Analyst
  • MS office (Advanced Excel)
  • Crystal Reports XI will be an advantage
  • Financial & Travel background will be an advantage.
  • Strong technology background, including and the understanding of multiple environments, database systems, databases, business intelligence tools, reporting tools and a working knowledge of the development environment.
  • Collaborative skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proven communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Strong organizational and planning skills
  • Proven ability to work across all levels of management to drive results
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
