Job Description

Achieve annual revenue and market share targets by promoting the Virgin Atlantic image, its products and services to agencies, general public and commercial business sectors in Country/Region.  Provide the highest level of customer service to external customers to ensure that all sales queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner to engender customer loyalty and drive revenue.

ZAR280 000.00 CTC negotiable

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 (three) years in a related field
  • Current experience and knowledge of travel trade distribution essential
  • Experience of handling external suppliers and service providers
  • Experience and knowledge of the Travel Trade and Corporate sector essential
  • Good presentation, negotiation and analytical skills a must
  • Computer Knowledge, i.e MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint
  • Must be adaptable and a strong team player with the ability to work under pressure
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Figure orientated
  • Must be prepared to work after hours and weekends when needed
  • Local, Regional and International travel required
  • Evening and weekend work
