Job Description

  • Work from Pretoria – Waterkloof Heights.
  • To assit consultants in issuing tickets, insurance, exchange and any other travel related documentation.
  • Monitor all relevant Q’s on Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Communicate with consultants / travellers regarding any changes or challenges within the travelling industry.
  • Respond to any queries concerns raised per email – act accordingly.

Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 10+ years’ experience as consultant.
  • Galileo (SmartPoint).
  • Customer-centric.
  • Must have travelled extensively
  • Be able to handle all types of leisure queries.
  • Good English business communication skills – written and verbal.
  • Problem solving on your feet.
  • Diplomacy.
  • Work under pressure.
  • Excel.
