Job Description

  • Compiling innovative incentive tour itineraries and sourcing the best suppliers per tour
  • Quoting and Reservations
  • Client Service - attending to the Group’s travel requirements & providing professional service at all times
  • Respond to clients ASAP (quick turn around time)
  • Booking and processing accurately and on time flights and all land arrangements
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Effective organisation of any Foreign Exchange requirements
  • Travel Insurance - ensure the group's needs are accurately met
  • Visa Service - timeous and accurate
  • Assisting and handling the special needs of individuals – breakaway bookings, special meals, requests etc
  • Handle client queries as per the Service Level Agreement or by agreement with the client
  • Handle emergency situations - as per the Service level Agreement or by agreement with the client
  • Quote - as per the Service Level Agreement or by agreement with the client
  • Organise timeous delivery of all travel documentation
  • Manage financials - maintain and ensure accurate
  • Manage own special information and documentation.
  • Adhering to supplier deadlines and cancellation policies

Required Qualifications

  • National Diploma or equivalent qualifications with at least 5+ years’ experience as a consultant
  • Matric/ grade 12
