Job Description

Top Intermediate/Senior, to handle all aspects of full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B efficiently and accurately.
As well looking after all of our online bookings. From date changes, queries and general information sharing to our clients.
Able to work out fares, re-issue tickets and distribute documentation correctly.
Adhere to the company/client turnaround times.

Required Qualifications

Matric and travel diploma. Proficient on Galileo. Good computer skills.
Minimum 5 years work experience in a similar role. Great customer service skills. Goal oriented and reliable individual. Team player.
