Job Description

  • Checking and issuing of all PNRS
  • Assisting reservations with any ticketing and airfare queries.
  • Understanding and loading for airline contracts into internal reservations system

Required Qualifications

  • Candidate must be fully functional on ticketing from a GDS. Amadeus qualification is essential.
  • Candidate must be computer literate, have a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, be a problem solver, conscientious and a team player.
  • Must be able to work to deadlines and have a good knowledge of airfare contracts.
