Job Description

• Submission of statement on due date
• Meet with clients
• Allocating payments received on Main Module
• Generates reports on daily basis
• Chasing debtors by telephone, email, letter
• Handling Queries/Complaints from Clients
• Accuracy on speed points done
• Make sure all receipts are done on daily basis and banking
• Age analysis (every account will be judges on its own)
• Completion and submission of statements
• Create and maintain a good relationship with clients
• Managing of Credit limits

Required Qualifications

- Tertiary qualification i.e. diploma or degree prerequisite
- QuickTrav
- Invoicing module essential
- Excel working knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- 6-7 Year’s experience
