Job Description

The Incumbent of this role must effectively action the travel booking process at all levels, resulting in an efficient, effective , and cost conscious travel service delivery.

Required Qualifications

Minimum 6 years experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organisation.

-Amadeus Certificate
-Matric Qualification
-Travel Diploma
-Beginners and intermediate and advance fares course.
-Ticketing reissue course
-Ticketing Course
-Customer service course
-Sound geographical Knowlegde
-Sound Visa knowledge
-Knowledge of the French language an advantage

-Knowledge and worked on Amadeus GDS
-Accurately complete all re-issues
-Accurately complete all re-routings
-Ability to complete all refunds accurately
-Client Retention
-Manage and assist Junior Staff
-Assist with Adm's and Acm's
-Ability to handle pressure and volume
-Experience with negotiating Corporate rates with suppliers
-Knowledge of BSP
