  • Reconciling Accounts
  • Managing Administrator
  • Ensuring COD inbox is cleared daily and that all urgent payments for day have been made
  • Allocating payments and loading on bank
  • Loading Beneficiaries (Check banking details)
  • Ensuring quick turnaround (Multi task), that payments released and send out POP to relevant parties

Required Qualifications

  • Grade 12
  • Bookkeeping certificate would be advantageous (1-2 year course)
  • N/A
  • 3 years in a financial environment with debtors and creditors experience
  • Microsoft Office Suite – Intermediate Excel skills
