The incumbent of this role is responsible for securing and implementing new business for Tourvest Travel Services (TTS). The individual is responsible for introducing product and service offered by the business to new clients and driving sales accordingly. To uphold TTS a number one ranked Travel Management Company in all duties and dealings

Required Qualifications

  • Matric Certificate
  • Have Evidence of Good  Sales Record
  • Diploma in Marketing or Sales Related Courses
  • 2-3 Years Experience in similar role

Knowledge

  • Travel offerings
  • Full understanding of Operations
  • MicroSoft Word, Excel and Power Point Presentations
  • Travel Management
  • Business and Financial Knowledge

General Details

  • Obtain new businesses through cold calling , tenders, proposals and presentations
  • Exceed the budget by gaining new business using the appropriate implementation plan
  • Adhere to the company product strategy when acquiring new business
  • Use marketing data to maximize sales effectively and efficiently by using relevant  management tools
  • Ensure all operational requirements are sold to the new business clients in line with the operations (SOP)
  • Annual sales targets to be met
  • Ensure all financial models sold to new business clients are at the required business level
  • Assist team members in level of expertise
  • Assist senior manager when required
  • Assist in the implementations of strategies and projectsProvide high service levels to all new business clients
  • Identify and manage new business clients expectations
  • Manage new business clients in order to gain the business
  • Liaise with both internal and external clients
