Refund Processing

  • Produce E-Tracker Report and distribute to relevant parties
  • Process refunds according to instructions
  • Generate Refund Report
  • Complete Refund Register
  • Action Refund ADM's
  • Apply available technology to all deliverables and outputs

Retention

  • Liaise with suppliers
  • Liaise with Consultants and Managers

Profitability

  • Eliminate unnecessary financial loss
  • Manage own costs and time

People

  • Personal Development Plan

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE

 

Certificate / Diploma in Travel and Tourism / equivalent NQF Level 5

2-5 years relevant International experience. Galileo
