Job Description

  • Manage the Creditors Clerk.
  • Ensure that weekly vendor listings are received and sign off.
  • Ensure that all agewise reports and queries are current.
  • Assist with queries as they might arise.
  • Ensure that the Finance Manager gets the month end reports timeously.
  • Do weekly bank recon for Flightsite and Investec bank accounts.
  • Manage Banking and Speed Pointing clerk to ensure that the above deadline is met and all queries are current.
  • Manage the Debtors Clerk.
  • Ensure that weekly vendor listings are received and sign off.
  • Ensure that all agewise reports and queries are current.
  • Assist with queries as they might arise.
  • Ensure that the Finance Manager gets the month end reports timeously.
  • Maintain weekly recon’s of the Flightsite and Vnet credit cards.
  • Manage the Credit Card Support Clerk to ensure that the accounts and queries are always current

Required Qualifications

  • Team Leader experience advantageous
  • Knowledge in Financial administration, debtors, creditors and banking
  • Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Computer Literate (Advanced Excel required)
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to excel under pressure
  • Knowledge of financial accounting advantageous
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
