Job Description

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES
PRODUCTIVITY:
  • Facilitate & align client requirements to scope of work agreed during the sales process, ensuring all documentation is updated, signed and stored
  • Project Manage the Implementation process of both internal and external projects
  • Compilation of weekly updates on all projects to both internal and external stakeholders
  • Stay abreast of company technologies, products and process to ensure proof of concept is applied prior to deployment and in accordance to client requirements while offering best practice solutions for both the company and the client
  • Ensure end to end processes are mapped, agreed and clearly communicated prior to rollout.
  • Constantly identify innovative ways of working smarter and improving efficiencies
RETENTION:
  • Ensure all parties understand and deliver on the specific service strategy sold in to the client. 
  • Manage client expectation on solution sold and delivery timelines
  • Facilitate relationships and discussions between all stakeholders involved in projects through clear and regular communication
  • Manage escalations, queries or complaints
  • Ensure a professional implementation process is followed, resulting in client satisfaction and retention
PROFITABILITY:
  • Manage revenue and risk management
  • Ensure understanding of client fee by all parties
  • Ensure fees are collected timeously within agreed timelines
  • Manage project deadlines ensuring delivery by agreed go-live and within budget
  • Upsell any additional products and services that may enhance customer satisfaction
  • Manage own costs and time
PEOPLE:
  • Mentoring & developing staff growth
  • Share best practice and lessons learnt experiences with all role-players and stake-holders
  • Behave according to Corporate Values and Code of Conduct

Required Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS, COMPETENCIES AND EXPERIENCE
  • A minimum of 6 years travel management experience required with knowledge of specialist tools and techniques
  • Attention to detail, process driven, methodical
  • An ability to communicate at all levels and manage the complexities of various stakeholder relationships with strong influencing and decision-making skills
  • High level presentation skills, confident at public speaking & client facing
  • Negotiation, training, selling skills and assertiveness
  • Strong client orientation, problem solving capabilities and organisation skills
  • Excellent PC Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
  • Project management skills and experience advantageous
  • It is a requirement of the position to have your own car
