Job Description

Top Junior/Intermediate Travel Consultant –Galileo online booking tool experience preferable
  • Ability to accurately conclude multi - sector reservations 
  • Alignment to all Company policies/ procedures
  • Ensure that all fees are correctly charged at time of   ticketing including invoicing and referral bookings
  • All vouchers correctly issued & emailed to the Client & Supplier
  • Understanding & adhering to the Clients travel policies & procedures
  • Book air, car and hotel reservations using Galileo
  • Manual fare building, issue in exchanges
  • Responsible for compiling entire travel packages, including organizing visa, travel insurance, hotel accommodation and car rental/transfers
  • Issuance of all EMD’s
