Job Description

  • Responsible for the running of the Busabout brand as well as growth in passenger sales;
  • Co-ordinate and participate in training strategies to increase brand awareness;
  • Create a marketing plan with spend and SWOT analysis;
  • Oversee the advertising and promotion of all Busabout products;
  • Conduct market research; know your target market and do competitor analysis;
  • Effective communication on updates to consortium partners, travel trade and in-house;
  • Monitor and ensure optimum process efficiency in the brand;
  • Build relationships with customers;

Required Qualifications

  • Unless the applicant can demonstrate that he/she has gained the necessary competencies through experience, a  Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Brand Management is required;
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing and/or brand management is required, and
  • Preference will be given to candidates with sales and travel industry experience.
