Preparing quotes, itineraries, invoices, vouchers as well as making all reservations for FIT`s and some group bookings.

Must have previous experience with above work requirements, must be well spoken and be able to work well with excel, word, outlook.

General Details

We are a small inbound tour operator that has been running for more than 20 years – all female staff, friendly warm environment.

Candidate must have worked in a tour operator or travel agent before and must be familiar with SA and be able to speak to international agents / guests and prepare quotes and maintain bookings etc.

We do not work on any systems like tour plan, galileo etc.
