Job Description

Great opportunity to work for leading Operator! Handle full functions of bookings for clients, agents and direct travellers. This includes all reservations for hotels, camps, lodges, transfers, ground arrangements, flights and any other add-ons as requested. In addition, ensure all files are accurately and comprehensively completed to include arrival and departure dates, any special requests, full names and nationalities of guests. Will also deal with all other functions relating to reservations.

Required Qualifications

Essential to this position is a minimum of three years experience in reservations - either with a Tour Operator or in Lodge reservations. Must also have a sound understanding of all functions and duties pertaining to reservations and client services. Good geographical knowledge of South/Southern Africa and excellent communication skills a must.
