Job Description

Outstanding opportunity for highly experienced hospitality expert to run high-profile luxury camps.

Take full responsibility for all aspects of the camps including operations, conservation, kitchen, financial, marketing. In addition will be responsible for all Senior Management and other staff and handle HR management, staff development and management of the safari shop Manager.

Ensure ongoing marketing of Lodges/Camps both internally and externally to maintain market presence. Keep up to date with new trends and options and create ideas to keep the product fresh and modern to encourage both new and excisting guests to visit the camps. This and much more!

Required Qualifications

Hospitality experience at senior management level in a 5* operation is essential.

Must have excellent leadership skills, be pro-active, have sound financial and IT skills and have a genuine passion for sustainable tourism and conservation.
