Job Description

- Responsible for full BSP function
- Process electronic ticket and ticket refunds as per consultant requests
on Galileo / Worldspan through BSP link or using GDS system
- Issuing credit notes when refunds are authorized through BSP
- Receive, investigate and resolve queries from the Airlines and
consultants
- Apply to airlines for unused air ticket refunds and ensure that funds are
allocated timeously and correctly
- Processing of refunds on BSP link
- Responsible for following up on all delayed refunds
- Follow up on airline refunds to ensure that clients are correctly credited
with refunds
- Filing refunds once credit noted
- Process full BSP recon

Required Qualifications

Tertiary qualification in Travel and Tourism or Finance

Skills:

- A minimum of 2 years experience working as a BSP Consultant within
a Travel Agency
- Must be BSP IATA Accredited
- Knowledge of how to process automated refunds; processing of
refunds on BSP Link
- Knowledge of BSP Recon
- Ticketing experience will be an advantage
- Wolrdspan / Galileo knowledge essential
- Excellent organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- High level of accuracy
