Job Description

 

PRIMARY DELIVARABLES OF THE ROLE

 To coach, mentor and lead the leisure consultants to ensure that they achieve their goals

 Have an enquiring mind, be immensely passionate about closing each sale, be a logical thinker, be decisive, adaptable, creative and inspirational, show perseverance and demonstrate the ability to work under pressure, maintain high energy levels and have the ability to overcome obstacles

 Ensure that the service and quality standards are exceptional and that well-informed, appropriate advice is provided to all customers

 Responsibility for the operational aspects of renniestravel.com

 Define, monitor and manage team targets and performance

 Manage resource schedules optimally

 Be prepared to willing accept accountability for the travel experience sold and thrive on repeat business.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

 Engage, uncover, interpret and ensure that consultative service is delivered that exceeds the needs of the leisure traveller as well as his/her significant others travelling together

 Continually review the business processes, workflow and operational systems and planning to ensure efficiencies in all areas

 Monitor and ensure that sustainable revenue ratios are maintained across the team for all transactions

 Continually enhance your knowledge to ensure quality options and information is provided and that you stay abreast of all industry products, offers and value adds

Required Qualifications

Matric,

Diploma in Travel and Tourism or relevant equivalent courses or experience, 

Excellent communication skills and fluent in written and spoken English,

Good organizational ability, 

Accurate and strong focus on attention to detail,

Ability to manage a remote team in a busy and fast paced environment

Passionate about service excellence

Diligent and self-motivated

Proactive, have a sense of urgency and act quickly to resolve challenges

Live the organization?s values

Minimum of 4 to 6 years relevant operations and management experience. Middle management experience beneficial but not essential
