Job Description

Attending to all forms of travel reservations such as flight reservations, transfers, tours and hotels, etc
  • Obtaining the best possible rates with the most convenient routing for all reservations and offer clients such options.
  • To perform all required aspects of the reservation and ticketing process.
  • Obtaining full payment from all clients before documents are released.    
  • Confirming all reservations to clients in writing by email with the tools provided by the company

Matric, Amadeus or Galileo Certification

General Details

The Candidate must have a minimum of  7 years experience working in a retail travel agency. We are looking for friendly, bubbly candidates with excellent communication skills and that can cope well under pressure and pay attention to detail.
