Job Description

  • Assist in maintaining client company and traveller information in the various profile databases via different tools utilised

  • Assist with maintaining the vendor database

  • Galileo

  • Maintain supplier information on internet

  • Assist with online support of CWT online clients relating to Business or Traveller information

4 weeks notice period

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years experience

  • Technical understanding of Galileo functional processes

  • Understanding of Travel Management Systems and functional processes

  • Excellent knowledge of Galileo Focalpoint

  • Proficiency in a Desktop Office Suite

  • Familiar with online booking systems and processes
