General Details

In Virgin Atlantic Airlines, Sales Support provides the highest level of consistent customer service to internal and external customers. They ensure that all sales queries and issues are dealt with in a timely manner to engender customer loyalty and drive revenue.  Support and assist corporate and trade accounts by responding to their queries within a set SLA and ensure that customer satisfaction in the call handling is high.
 
Requirements:
  • Manage telephone and email for queries within a set SLA;
  • Manage contract administration, filing fares and ticketing instructions and support new business pipeline.
  • Manage familiarisation trips with Sales team and within agreed budgets; and arrange and participate in Country/Regional Sales roadshows.
  • File and test Nett fares & corporate fares;
  • Ensure that all customer PCC’s are filed and updated, so that all Contracted Agents have access to the correct VS Nett fares, ensure add-on's/combinations are tested to ensure that all is filed correctly before communicating to relevant agents;
  • Sale fare filing, testing and promotion to agents and manage queries and feedback to Sales Team.
  • Commercial meeting preparation including revenue, flown data, pricing & market share;
  • Ensure that purchase orders are raised where appropriate, check accuracy of invoices, liaise with Supplier and Finance department and keep an accurate record of all marketing expenditure to ensure expenditure is within budget;
