Job Description

* To manage the Sales & Marketing environment including target markets such as MICE, Government, Associations as well as the Inbound Division.
* To manage Sales, Marketing, Business Development & Creative teams
* To actively source new business whilst managing strategic relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and to achieve set divisional sales targets.
* To oversee marketing for all brands

Required Qualifications

* 10 years+
* Strong knowledge of corporate market
* Strong admin skills
* Presenting to clients on high level
* MICE industry knowledge:
o People Management
o Financial Acumen
o Strong customer relations
o Negotiation Skills
o Destination Knowledge
o Event Management an added advantage
o Presentation Skills
o Ability to bring about change
