Job Description

* To effectively manage the Business Development, Creative and Marketing team for all brands, this includes marketing, business development, tenders, proposals, supplier and product procurement as support to achieve the business units financial targets.
* Develop, implement and execute the Business Development & Marketing strategy as part of the company business plan
* Identify and communicate areas of opportunity to increase market penetration
* Identify and follow through on new potential client strategy
* Ensure marketing is aligned to core business strategy
* Ensure marketing projects and initiatives are sized and prioritised appropriately through planning
* Respond quickly to new demands, priorities or changes within the division
* Keep abreast of changes in industry and adjust strategies accordingly

Required Qualifications

* 10+ years
* Leadership qualities:
o People Management
o Financial Acumen
o Strong customer relations
o Negotiation Skills
o Destination Knowledge
o Event Management an added advantage
o Presentation Skills
o Ability to bring about change
