Job Description

We are looking for a Reservation/Travel Consultant with excellent Customer Care skills who will be able to provide assistance to a team of charismatic and dedicated consultants, be able to work as part of an “out the box thinking” team as well as be responsible for handling all aspects of a travel request. The suitable candidate should also be able to cope under pressure and be able to work within set timelines with a high level of efficiency and attention to detail. Our core focus is to continuously offer our clients an outstanding product range, including global hotel accommodation, flights and car hire at the best prices.

Salary

Market Related Salary depending on experience plus commission.

Required Qualifications

  • Amadeus or Galileo certification and relevant experience.
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office.
  • Travel and Tourism Diploma/ Degree.
  • A minimum of 5 years of Travel Agency / Tour Operator Experience booking both Domestic/Regional and International destinations.
 The ideal candidate must have: 
  • Strong Destination/Product and Fares knowledge.
  • Display analytical and problem solving skills, be solutions driven and a strong decision maker.
  • Ability to cope with working in a high-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work well and accurately under pressure.
