Job Description

Senior Groups Travel Manager with Team leader experience.

iGO Groups is a fast growing division within iGO Travel based in Durban. We are looking for an experienced Group Travel manager Someone who is comfortable working with school groups, sporting groups ,Corporate groups.

Your job will entail and not be limited to –
  • Quoting and handling all requests and bookings
  • Strive towards exceeding the targets within the team
  • Focus on delivery excellence in customer service to clients
  • Compiling itineraries, costings
  • Ability to work in an autonomous environment
  • Must work well in a team
  • Work under pressure
  • Either have or show future leadership skills with a vast knowledge of group Travel
  • Be prepared to work after hours, as and when required.

Required Qualifications

  • Galileo Essential, full knowledge of working in Galileo, including own ticketing experience
  • Quiktrav knowledge – Not essential
  • Groups consulting at a service level – minimum of 3–5  years’ experience
  • Work well within team
  • Positive attitude
