Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years in Corporate, Leisure or MICE travel environment
  • Online experience an advantage
  • Travel or Tourism Certificate
  • Amadeus GDS and Quicktrav experience required
  • Working knowledge of Excel and other MS Office Applications - Outlook
  • Power Point
  • Able to meet sales targets and perform under pressure
  • Proven sales record
  • Extensive global product and geographical travel knowledge
  • Practical working experience with Amadeus and fares and ticketing experience (not necessary for MICE)
  • High accuracy and concentration, focusing on detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to effectively manage time and to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Able to meet deadlines
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Results orientated
  • Strong organisational abilities
  • Must be a team player
