Required Qualifications

* Matric Qualification
* Clear ITC and Criminal record
* Travel Diploma
* Minimum 6 years experience in Corporate consulting with at least 4 being in a senior role.
* Extensive ticketing and geographical knowledge

Location

Cape Town

General Details

* Knowledge and work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
* Issue full domestic and International reservations including hotel,car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
* Accurately complete all reissues
* Ability to complete all refunds
* Ensure corporate fares are utilized
* Ability to conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations
* Ability to update all travelers profiles
* A client centric mentality, with consistent extra mile service
* Ability to handle pressure!!
