Job Description

You will be responsible for the support of all Corporate Tools e.g. Online Booking Tools, Portal, Mobile. You must be able to troubleshoot, have strong communication skills, good negotiation skills and knowledge of supported tools. Support is provided to both internal and external users who incorporate Corporate Customers.

Required Qualifications

  • Atleast 5 years experience working with Online Booking Tools.
  • Experience on global online booking tools such as AETM and Concure is preferable.
  • This individual must be pro-active and very solutions-orientated.
