Job Description

Our TMC is looking for a Quality Chech Top senior Consultant - to do quality check on domestic, regional and international bookings for corporate clients. Quality check consultant is responsible to check if everything is correct as per the clients’ SLA, approval and vice versa

General Details

Top Senior consultants, attention to details is crucial
Check BAR/PAR pulled into the booking (no booking should be created without a PAR) and ensures that the correct information is pulled. Names are correct as per PAR, travellers and travel bookers mobile number must be in the PNR.
Client seating/preferences are booked according to the travellers PAR
Client frequent flyer numbers and corporate numbers are in the booking
Deal numbers are in the OSI field to ensure HRG Rennies and client travel spend tracking
Fare booked is the cheapest of the day and corporate fares are used. Adherence of fare rules and must work hand-in hand with fare checker for complex routing
Guaranteed or Private Fares used and if it is a fare build consultant must provide an authorization from the airline or the airline must endorse PNR with authority -only if it is not re-issue
Check time limit of special fares
Check ROE (re-quote if ROE changes)
Correct commissions charged
Hotel booking is correct, booking preferred suppliers
Car booking is correct booked with the correct account, Point 2 Point/shuttles using the correct wizard number etc.
Correct lodge card is used
Consultant advise on passport, visa/transit visa, travel insurance and medical requirements (consultant must endorse message in PNR to inform QC consultant that they did advised the client on the relevant permits by stipulating them)
Foreign exchange as per the clients requirements
RT entries to keep PNR live for 6 months
