The position requires the following skills set:
  • Travel Diploma
  • Extensive knowledge of the Indian Ocean Islands and Southern Africa
  • Good customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Understanding of sales and closing sale technique
  • Experience in dealing with clients over the telephone, displaying excellent telephone selling skills
  • Highly organised and meticulous approach
  • Experience in prioritising work load
