Required Qualifications

  • Have some form of tertiary qualification
  • Have excellent computer and telephone skills
  • Are confident and can handle people at all levels
  • Are organised, systematic and meticulous
  • Have work experience in an office environment
  • Have (preferably) travelled overseas
  • Are proficient in Galileo
  • Have fares and ticketing experience
  • Groups experience preferable
