Job Description

The incumbent of this role must effectively action the conferencing/Group process at all levels including Flight bookings, resulting in an efficient, effective and cost conscious service delivery that differentiates Tourvest Travel Services. Ensure the ongoing all encompassing viability of the Tourvest Travel Services division.

Required Qualifications

  • Matric Qualification
  • Travel DiplomaMinimum 6 year’s experience with at least 4 being in a senior role in a similar organisation
  • Beginners and intermediate and advance fares course
  • Ticket reissue course
  • Ticketing course
  • Super User course
  • Business with charm and savvy (Excel External Applicants)
  • Customer service course
  • Sound geographical knowledge
  • Sound visa knowledge
  • SAM and AGM course

General Details

  • Knowledge and work on the Amadeus/Galileo GDS
  • Issue full domestic and international reservations including hotel, car, air, transfer, B&B etc.
  • Ability to accurately conclude multi-sector/round the world reservations
  • Accurately complete all reissues
  • Ability to complete all refunds accurately
  • Ensure corporate fares are utilized
  • Updates excel spreadsheets for Global reporting monthly.
  • Documentation management of all Projects:
  • Itinerary planning and layout
  • Vouchers
  • Rooming Lists
  • Filing
