Job Description

To competently handle all aspects of domestic, regional and international travel – both inbound and outbound.

  • Ensure excellent customer service

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years intermediate experience as a travel consultant in retail travel.

  • Travel Product Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments within the travel industry

  • Preferred suppliers and Concorde branded product knowledge

  • Knows and understands software packages required to perform own job function including Galileo

  • Fares knowledge

  • Customer Care principles

  • Accounting principles / administration

  • Experience in handling complex travel arrangements
