Job Description

· Compiling innovative incentive tour itineraries and sourcing the best suppliers per tour and ensuring the group's needs are accurately met

· Accurate quoting and Reservations, ticketing, costing, itineraries.

· Excellent client service - attending to the Group's travel requirements and providing professional service at all times and quick turnaround time) incl. handling client queries and deal with any emergency situations

Required Qualifications

· Full understanding of Galileo reservations system (must have Galileo Certificate) and have knowledge of:

o    - Manual fare builds

o    - Ticketing

o    - Group bookings

o    - Re-issue / issue in Exchange

o    - Cancellations / Automated refunds

·         Must have run client files in current job
