Business Services Reporting Team Leader (Permanent) Gauteng- Finance

Job Description

As an integral member of the Business Services team, the BS OPS Reporting Team Leader will function at both a strategic and operational level.  Strategically the BS OPS Reporting Team Leader will work in partnership with the senior finance Team leaders in achieving long-term sustainable systems and goals. 

 

Operationally, the role will be responsible for the financial reporting and monitoring of financial health, well-being, management of all the Head Office Businesses and Debtors and Creditors Departments 

 

To set up and provide efficient, effective and seamless reporting  processes that support the rest of the finance team Running the overall technical aspects of the audit - especially consolidating information from various brands/divisions to make the audit efficient

Required Qualifications

Professional qualification CA or equivalent

Essential

Minimum 4 years’ experience in commerce

Essential

Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail Travel industry

Preferable

Demonstrated ability in leading and developing a finance team

Essential

Demonstrated ability to provide Vision and Focus to a Team

Essential

Demonstrated ability in developing and implementing business models/ processes
