Job Description

The role demands the following criteria:
At least 3 years retail travel management experience with proven sales records, with own client database and the ability to build strong relationships with the existing team. Key skills will be good communication, leadership, and be able to coach consultants to exceed targets  whilst running a profitable and operationally sound shop.

Salary

R10-R16K basic plus good commission structure and profit share
