Would you like to bring your strong sales skills to the Travel sector? Or perhaps you're already working within a travel sales role? We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Telesales Team at Cruises International. Your proven Telesales and Customer Service experience is what we are looking for to grow our sales team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for taking inbound calls as well as online enquiries, offering product and destination advice, by selling a variety of cruise products.
Full systems and Cruise product training is provided. You’ll need to be highly motivated and telesales orientated. In addition to the basic salary, there's an excellent earning potential with the commission structure offered. 

Role of Telesales Consultant:
  • Handle inbound calls and online leads/enquiries
  • Quote and Convert quotes to sales on all Cruise Products
  • Draft professional written quotations to all clients
  • Service client until payment is confirmed
  • Maintain positive relationships with clients and travel agents
  • Offering excellent customer service on every enquiry
  • Achieving set sales targets
  • Related tasks from time to time

Basic plus commission

Required Qualifications

  • Previous sales experience within the travel industry
  • Proven sales track record from an inbound/outbound telesales environment
  • Sales driven and target orientated
  • Strong destination and travel knowledge

Location

Senderwood – Linksfield Offramp

General Details

Office hours is Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5pm and share an afterhours phone with the reservations team on a one week on one week off bases.
