Job Description

This is a specialised role which provides support to the Finance and Ticket Centre Businesses it looks after through the delivery of exceptional services and advice. The role forms part of the Ticket Centre Finance Team, reporting to the Ticket Centre Finance Team Leader and the Product Nation Financial Controller.

Required Qualifications

  • Valid SA passport holder
  • Minimum 2 years Fares knowledge
  • IATA BSP Accreditation
  • Oasis Experience
  • GDS (Amadeus and Galileo) experience

The role will be responsible for :

  • Monthly Reconciliation of billings
  • Daily processing of refunds
  • Airline debtors follow ups
  • Ticketer and Consultant queries
  • Ticket Centre statements
  • Build and maintain internal relationships
  • Assist in project implementation
  • Support, motivate ans assist fellow team members
  • Daily directorships
