Job Description

The main objective of this role is to provide Fares information, advice and data capturing for the consultants, whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.  This is achieved through exceeding expectations thereby creating long term relationships, fostering mutually beneficial relationships with suppliers and consultants the best deals most suited to their client’s needs.

Required Qualifications

  • International Fares experience.
  • GDS experience essential on Amadeus and Galileo.
  • Good geography, fares and product knowledge is preferable.
  • Attention to detail with a very high accuracy rate.
  • Ability to meet and exceed deadlines and excel under pressure.
  • Computer literate. 
  • Outgoing and approachable with excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Passionate about travel and people.
  • Ability to excel under pressure
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Team player
  • Willingness to learn
