Ticketing Consultant (Permanent) Western Cape- Cape Town CBD -Ticketing

Job Description

The main objective of this role is to be a member of the Centralised Ticketing Department in Cape Town issuing tickets on Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan and Sabre whilst delivering service excellence and positively promoting the Company brand.

Required Qualifications

  • Intermediate Ticketing experience , minimum 2 years required
  • Current proficiency in 2 GDS's (preferably Amadeus and Galileo) 
  • Strong knowledge of International fares and applying fare rules
  • Ability to do Manual Fare Builds, Exchanges (manual and automated)  
  • Excellent organisational skills 
  • Ability to prioritise work 
  • Effective team player 
  • Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to creatively source solutions.
  • Able to work under pressure and reach deadlines.
