Job Description

The main purpose of this role is to load content, developed by the Product Manager, across all content channels and deliver service excellence.

  •  Load all content information onto the Flightsite back office accurately and efficiently
  • Load all Knightsbridge B&B content
  • Source and maintain an image library for content
  • Remain flexible to the wider business needs of the business by rendering assistance for ad hoc projects and duties as required
  • Assist consultants with queries and quotes

Required Qualifications

  • Computer literate
  • Excellent attention to detail (accuracy)
  • Some travel industry or travel experience preferable
  • Ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to prioritise
  • Flexible and adaptive to change
  • Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff
  • Discrete and aware of confidentiality
