Job Description

The Online consultant will function operationally and strategically to enhance the customer experience, system and user functionality.

Operationally, this role will be responsible for enhancing & growing online operations. This will include online customer care, competitor benchmarking, business reporting and increasing online revenue.

Required Qualifications

  • 18 months Travel consulting experience
  • Completed or workings towards a Commerce degree
  • Strong understanding of Online retailing and E-commerce
  • Google Analytics knowledge advantageous 
  • Good level of commercial acumen and professionalism
