- Amadeus Certificate
- Matric Qualification
- Travel Diploma
- Beginners and intermediate and advance fares course.
- Customer Service skills
- Sound geographical Knowlegde
- Sound Visa knowledge

-Knowledge and worked on Amadeus GDS
-Accurately complete all re-issues
-Accurately complete all re-routings
-Ability to complete all refunds accurately
-Client Retention
-Manage and assist Junior Staff
-Assist with Adm's and Acm's
-Ability to handle pressure and volume
-Experience with negotiating Corporate rates with suppliers
-Knowledge of BSP
