Job Description

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF THE JOB

To co-ordinate and effectively manage all on-line and strategic off-line implementations with the key outcome being the successful delivery of service to clients and improved client retention. The position is also responsible for constant liaison with clients and suppliers to develop collaborative, proactive and meaningful partnerships.

KEY PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES

FINANCIAL
• Ensure generation of revenue through implementation projects as well as innovativeservices
• Increase client retention through sound implementation processes
• Understand what has been sold; ensure that the client understands what they have bought and how much it is going to cost them.

BUSINESS PROCESS
• Process optimisation: Ensure the on-line system and implementations are fully integrated with the HRG Rennies Travel systems and processes
• Ensure processes are streamlined and efficient
• Process standardization: Ensure that processes, from beginning to end, are documented, and clearly communicated.
• Constantly identify ways of working smarter and more efficiently.

CLIENT INTIMACY
• Ensure that the positioning of all our products is aimed at the right customer
• Ensure a professional implementation process is followed resulting in client satisfaction and retention
• Ensure high usage and adoption rates of the on-line system

Share best practice and experiences with all in RT and implementation team

Required Qualifications

Matric with a project management qualification is essential.

The ideal candidate should have:
• Experience in travel operations is mandatory and experience in dealing with on-line systems would be an advantage.
• An ability to communicate at all levels with strong influencing and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage the complexities of the various stakeholder relationships
• High level presentation skills and confident at public speaking
• Negotiation, training and selling skills (selling a concept)
• Strong client orientation, problem solving capabilities and organisation skills
• PC Literacy in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and MS Project
