• Provide exceptional customer service at every opportunity

• Ensure all bookings and special requests are met
• Check-outs, check-ins, vehicle exchanges etc
• Deliveries and collections
• Keep management informed of competitive rates/competition in the market
• Daily administrational duties
• Queries
• Grow and promote the business in the surrounding areas
• Adherence to the company policies and procedures
• Maintain the corporate image of the organization

Required Qualifications

• Matric or equivalent
• Proven literacy in Word
• Unendorsed code 08/EB driver’s license
• Bilingual (English & Afrikaans)
