REQUIREMENTS

  • Facilitator certification (added advantage)
  • Assessor certification
  • Moderator certification
  • SDF certification
  • Proven record of strong interpersonal skills and communication on all levels of the business
  • Drivers licence and own reliable transport

EXPERIENCE IN YEARS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development
