  • Proven record of creation of accredited courses and emphasis on attention to detail and record keeping
  • Must be willing to travel (1 week in each area)

  • Facilitator certification (added advantage)
  • Assessor certification
  • Moderator certification
  • SDF certification
  • Proven track record of instructional design
  • Proven record of strong interpersonal skills and communication on all levels of the business
  • Drivers licence and own reliable transport

EXPERIENCE IN YEARS

  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Learning and Development

JOB CHALLENGES

  • Must be able to work under short deadlines and pressure
