Job Description

The E-learning Developer and Content Coordinator  will be responsible for analysing, designing and developing high quality training content for technical and non-technical Compass learning programs for all FCTG brands.

This position will have the responsibility of developing and administering training and for creating training plans, content development, modification and reporting.

Required Qualifications

2-3 years experience in a E-learning training and material writing environment

Knowledge of LMS systems – AICC and SCORM

Proven success in previous roles
